Positive: awesome service from landlord, nice location, own peace, one of the best restaurants in the area right behind the corner, large terrace, ability to make breakfast/lunch/dinner at apartment if needed
Negative: Arrangement within the flat are not perfectly thought thorougly through yet, living room would work better with larger/scalable table and the other bedroom will do with smaller one, one bathroom availability got to keep in mind when planning a journey with larger group, space will work fine with two couples/friends able to split in pairs.
